1 dead, 3 injured in shooting at Gwinnett apartment complex

BUFORD, Ga. — Gwinnett County police is investigating a deadly shooting that left one person dead and three others injured.

The shooting happened Wednesday morning at the Preston Hills at Mill Creek Apartments on Buford Drive near Interstate 85.

Police said a man was found dead inside the apartment. Two women and another man were injured and taken to the hospital. Their conditions are unknown.

Gwinnett police have not released the names or ages of the victims but said they are all adults. Police said this remains an active investigation.
