Georgia deputies reunite family with stolen dalmatian

BIBB COUNTY, Ga. — A Georgia family encountered a real-life Cruella Deville when someone stolen their beloved dalmatian.

Luckily, deputies in Bibb County were on the case and were able to reunite the family with their dog.

On Sept. 9, the family reported that their dalmatian and German Shepherd had gone missing, deputies said the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page.

A good Samaritan found the dogs and immediately listen them on Craigslist to try to find the owners.

When the family came across the ad, they called the woman who posted it. She told them another woman had already claimed the dalmatian and picked the dog up.

The family reported that the dog had been stolen.

On Sept. 11, deputies got a tip that a woman was walking a dalmatian near a car matching the description of the car the suspect was driving. They went to the home, where they found Andrea Gore, 31, and the dog.

Gore was taken into custody and charged with theft. The dalmatian has been reunited with its family.
