In March, Jada West died after a fight at her Villa Rica school bus stop led to a brain injury.

Channel 2 Action News previously reported that cellphone video shows her beefing with another group of kids. Jada and another girl started fighting and on video, it appeared Jada took a hard fall, and lost consciousness.

“We got to Tanner [Medical Center], she was seizing then,” said Jada’s aunt, Dequala McClendon.

Jada suffered from cardiac heart failure and died the next day.

“Nobody tried to stop it. No one tried to call the police and stop it,” her mother told Channel 2’s Tom Jones.

Representatives for the family of Jada West said there had been reports of bullying before her death.

“We have a bullying problem, and it should stop now,” said one of their attorneys.
