COBB COUNTY, Ga. — A man in Cobb County was charged with public indecency after being found naked at a grocery store.
According to court records, Richard Simpson was found sleeping naked at the Walmart Neighborhood Market on Austell Road in Marietta.

Jail records have no home address listed for Simpson and indicate that he is currently homeless.
The report says Simpson was sleeping in the middle of the store’s rear parking lot, in complete nudity.
Simpson was awarded a $2,500 bond but has remained in custody since his Aug. 9 arrest.
