DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Brookhaven police are investigating a body found near a popular recreation path and park Wednesday morning.
Police said they were called out to an area of 1793 Briarwood Road, which is a construction site between Briarwood Road and the Peachtree Creek Greenway, around 7:45 a.m Wednesday.
On Thursday, police identified the man as 65-year-old Steven Goldman.

“We have drones flying over the construction site and some of the areas that are difficult to access. They’re photographing and videotaping potential evidence,” Lt. David Snively said.
