Owner Lakedra Reed told Channel 2′s Steve Gehlbach that Mr. Lagerfeld is 11 years old and is blind in one eye.

“My heart is broken. Someone just took something from me, it’s like a child, so just really want them to return him,” Reed said.

She says she took the dog, who she affectionately calls Lag, to her brother’s salon. She left him in the car for 15 minutes and returned to find her window smashed and her dog gone.

“I just really want him back, want him home. It’s the holidays. I don’t know where he is and just want him back home with us,” she said.
