ATLANTA — Police are asking for the public’s help in solving the 2022 killing of Malang Touray Jr., a 19-year-old who had recently completed his first semester at Georgia State University.
Investigators say someone shot Touray on Campbellton Road on Dec. 28, 2022. He was taken to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
More than three years later, the case remains unsolved.
On Friday, Touray’s mother, Santeesh Crews-Williams, made an emotional plea for anyone with information to come forward.

“All I’m asking is for my community to help me. If y’all know something, please find it in your heart to say so,” Crews-Williams said. “I miss my baby.”
Police say Touray had just finished his first semester of college when his life was cut short.

Tipsters can remain anonymous, and you can receive an award of $10,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
