Man, woman shot by someone driving stolen Kia, Atlanta police say

ATLANTA — A man and woman were shot by someone driving a stolen Kia on Wednesday night, according to Atlanta police.

At around 11:30 p.m., officers arrived at an address on Grant St. in southeast Atlanta after responding to a person shot call. After arriving, officers found a man and woman with minor gunshot wounds.

The man and woman were sitting in their car when the person driving the stolen Kia drove by and began shooting into their vehicle, according to police.

The man and woman were taken to the hospital for treatment.

Police did not release any information about the shooter.

Police are still investigating what led up to this shooting.
