ATLANTA — A Fulton County jury has convicted a former McDonald’s employee of murder in the fatal drive-by shooting of a co-worker, a crime prosecutors say stemmed from a workplace argument days earlier.
Prosecutors say Devin Riley shot and killed Quintavious Clark in the parking lot of a McDonald’s while Clark was on his lunch break.
The shooting, which was captured on security cameras, happened after Clark became involved in a verbal dispute with a female manager at the restaurant days earlier.
Prosecutors say Riley returned to the restaurant two days later seeking revenge.

According to prosecutors, Riley rented a vehicle and drove through the McDonald’s drive-thru while Clark was sitting in the parking lot on break.
Investigators say Riley rolled down a window and opened fire.
