A woman charged in a string of high-end car thefts has been arrested again, this time accused of running an illegal bar in southwest Atlanta.
Sharrell Reed, 28 years old, was taken into custody after a foot chase that was caught on camera.

Channel 2’s Michael Seiden reports the suspect and her mother are accused of operating the illegal nightspot.
On Facebook “Rell’s Room” is marketed as Atlanta’s newest obsession, promising food, hookah and VIP.
Atlanta police say those posts were for an illegal operation in the city’s Cascade Heights neighborhood.
Investigators say concerned neighbors and business owners started complaining in September.
