Atlanta Dream player apologizes after being involved in fight near food truck

ATLANTA — A fight between a group of women outside an Atlanta food truck was caught on camera and appears to depict two current Atlanta Dream players.

The video, which was posted to Twitter on Sunday, shows a group of several women punching and grabbing at one another at a Tenders & Bites food truck. The exact location of the fight is not known at this time.

Dream players Courtney Williams and Crystal Bradford appear to be two of the women involved in the fight.

Williams took to Twitter Monday morning and seemingly apologized for her role in the fight.

The Atlanta Dream sent a state to Channel 2 Action News, saying:

“The behavior in the video is unacceptable and does not align with our values as an organization. We are taking this matter very seriously and working with the league to gather more information and determine next steps.”

We contacted the Atlanta Police Department for more details on the fight, but have not heard back.

This is Williams’ second season with the Dream after joining in 2020. The 2021 season is Bradford’s first with the Dream.
