364 people arrested for DUI in Georgia over Labor Day weekend

The Georgia Department of Public Safety released the final Labor Day weekend crime statistics on Tuesday morning.

According to DPS, 364 people were arrested for driving under the influence and more than 1,000 people were cited for seatbelt violations.

Across Georgia, five people died in road incidents, with Georgia State Troopers responding to four of them.

TRENDING STORIES:

State troopers responded to 139 crashes with injuries and 24 crashes with a driver under the influence.

Drivers were involved in 352 drivers across the state.
