DAWSON COUNTY, Ga. — Three juveniles have been released after being charged for participating in an incident involving a knife on a school campus.

One student was wounded and taken to the school nurse with minor injuries. They were later sent home with their guardians.
The child with the knife who was initially detained by the Department of Juvenile Justice was one of the three students released from custody.
The incident happened at Dawson County Junior High School on Tuesday.
