2 men shot to death in Walton County, police say

MONROE, Ga. — Police say two men were shot and killed in Monroe Saturday night.

Monroe Police said officers were called to Gliding Lane around 10 p.m. after reports that a man was shot. The man was taken to the hospital, where he died.

Police also responded to reports of a car crashed on East Church Street. They found a victim dead inside the car from a gunshot wound.

The investigation showed that both incidents were related.

The victims have not been identified. Police are still trying to identify the shooters.
