ATLANTA, Ga. — Atlanta police are investigating a deadly double shooting in southwest Atlanta.
It happened late Friday night on Barrow Place.
Investigators say two men got into a fight around 10:30 p.m. and both were shot. Police say the men were in a car when the shooting happened. The driver, identified as Kenneth Corn, 32, of Atlanta, was shot and continued to drive until the car crashed down the road.
Police say medics took both men to Grady Memorial Hospital, where Corn later died.
“We believe that the victims were in fact the intended target, that it was not random at all,” said Lt. Charles Hampton.
Police say they are looking for a dark-colored SUV that may be connected to the shooting.
