THOMASVILLE, Ga. — A 25-year-old man is facing felony charges after police say he secretly recorded two teenage girls inside a dressing room at a south Georgia Walmart.

According to the Thomasville Police Department, Rogelio Tomas-Sebastian, 25, was arrested following an incident on March 26 at the Walmart located at 15328 U.S. Highway 19 South in Thomasville.
Tomas-Sebastian is charged with two counts of unlawful eavesdropping/surveillance, both felonies.
Police say the charges stem from allegations that two teenage females were video recorded while inside a dressing room at the store.

Authorities have not released additional details about how the recording was discovered but emphasized their commitment to protecting children in the community.
In a statement, the department said it maintains a zero-tolerance policy for crimes involving the exploitation or victimization of minors.
Tomas-Sebastian was booked into jail on March 31.
