October Farm in Canton “October Farm was a magnificent estate property that felt like home the minute you walked through the door, but the grand party barn was exceptional — gorgeous fireplace, high ceilings, bar, and catering kitchen, views from every window overlooking the Hampton-style pool, music throughout the estate, and the pickleball court — that was a ‘wow-wow’ feature. Not many properties have that,” Ghelerter said. (Rony Ghelerter/Atlanta Fine Homes-Sotheby's)
