From there, they head to New York to play the Mets all before they get to have a home opener.

The date for the opener will be Thursday April 7, when the Braves will host the Cincinnati Reds for a four game series at Truist Park. They’ll follow that with a three game series vs. Washington.

The Braves will have big weekend matchups with the San Diego Padres May 13-15 and host the Dodgers June 24-26.

The interleague schedule for 2022 brings the Red Sox to Atlanta on May 10-11 and a trip out west for series against Oakland June 7-8 and the Los Angeles Angels July 22-24. The Braves will also play Houston, Texas and Seattle during interleague play.

The end of the season will be a grind as the Braves play 15 of their last 24 games on the road but the season will come to a close with a three game series vs. the Mets at Truist.
