The woman, identified as Pamela West, is accused of getting into an argument with another woman over a hamburger. In an affidavit obtained by WHBQ, West allegedly looked at the other woman and said, “Have fun getting out of the house, (expletive),” before walking out and slamming the door.

Police said West used a cigarette lighter to ignite a plastic bag full of clothes on the front porch.

The Memphis Fire Department responded to the fire and determined that it began on the porch, WHBQ reported. After putting out the fire, firefighters saw four adults and three children who were in the home during the fire.

West was charged with aggravated arson and held in jail on a $30,000 bond, according to online jail records.
