ATLANTA — Zoo Atlanta’s giant pandas are getting settled into their new home and we now know when visitors will get to see them for the first time.
Ping Ping and Fu Shuang will make their debut on Friday, Nov. 6. in the Arthur M. Blank Panda Grove habitat, the Zoo Atlanta announced Tuesday.
“This is a momentous occasion in Zoo Atlanta history. We are overjoyed to introduce Ping Ping and Fu Shuang and the all-new Arthur M. Blank Panda Grove to our community, City of Atlanta, State of Georgia, and beyond on November 6. Members and guests who recall the original giant panda habitat will know immediately upon entry that they are in for an entirely new experience,” Zoo Atlanta CEO and President Raymond B. King said.
Zoo Atlanta will have a delayed opening for the pandas debut. Tickets to the zoo can be purchased here.
