Foster did not report to her college class on March 2. She did not show up for work on March 5.

Police found her car on March 8 in College Park. Her purse and credit card were still inside the vehicle.

Foster had paid for a flight to Texas on March 11, she did not show up.

Her family is desperate to find her.

“She’s my best friend. This has devastated our family. As you can imagine, no child should have to worry about where their mother is and the condition that their mother is in,” said Foster’s sister.

Foster’s fiancé was arrested on kidnapping and aggravated assault charges in April, 2021. Police say those charges are related to an incident that happened before Foster disappeared.

Foster is also known as Tiffany Starks. She is described as 5 foot 2 and 220 pounds.

The Coweta County Sheriff’s Office put out a new call for information this week.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 770-253-1502.
