Union City police confirm that Goolsby was arrested Wednesday in Suwanee. He is being held in the Fulton County Jail on an aggravated assault charge.

The victim, who survived the December attack, said a man came up to the drive-thru window and became visibly upset when he could not get what he wanted. He then left the store.

A short time later the man returned, got out of his red Audi and came inside, according to the victim. That’s when she said he began arguing with staff before things took a violent turn, ending her with her getting stabbed.

Goolsby, however, is maintaining his innocence. He posted a video of his arrest to his verified Instagram account, saying, in part, “[They] slander my name...#framed.”

Police have not commented on whether or not Goolsby was the man who stabbed the employee, but say he was involved in the incident.
