Sharon Davis-Williams

VERDICT: Violation of racketeer influenced and corrupt organizations act (RICO): GUILTY, False statements: NOT GUILTY

SENTENCE: 20 years with seven to serve, 13 years probation, 2,000 hours of community service and a $25,000 fine. She was sentenced as a first offender.

Sharon Davis-Williams, a former School Resource Team Executive Director, spoke to Channel 2 Action News in 2011 and denied any wrongdoing.

"I feel like I have been professionally and personally assassinated without being heard," Williams told Channel 2 investigative reporter Mark Winne.

"We ask for the community not to condemn us, because the information that they have is very one-sided," Davis-Williams said.

Davis-Williams maintained her innocence in the wake of the CRCT cheating scandal.

"I have a right to be heard," Davis-Williams said, who is charged with RICO, false statements and false swearing. "We did not report directly to Dr. Hall. Nor did we meet individually with Dr. Hall. And I can tell you Dr. Hall has never, ever told me to cheat. Nor have I told anyone else to cheat."

Davis-Williams faced one count of racketeering and two counts of false statements and writings.
