Parents charged with murder after 2-year-old daughter dies

ROCKDALE COUNTY, Ga. — The parents of a 2-year-old girl who died earlier this year have now been charged with murder.

Naveah Wynn, 2, was found unresponsive in her Conyers home in May. She was rushed to Piedmont Rockdale Hospital where she was pronounced dead.

Last week, police arrested her parents, 30-year-old Rafael Pedron Wynn and 28-year-old Kerri Dysart, and charged them with second-degree murder.

Investigators found used nitrous oxide canisters and an empty container of kratom capsules.

Both are being held in the Rockdale County Jail without bond, according to jail records.
