Temperatures dropping dramatically as rain moves out

Wednesday was a wet day across much of north Georgia as heavy rain and storms moved through the area.

Chief Meteorologist Glenn Burns said behind the rain, a blast of cold air will replace it.

  • Several inches of rain fell in parts of north Georgia
  • The severe weather threat has moved further south.
