Gun found in car after high school students trespassed at another Gwinnett school

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Gwinnett County Schools are investigating a group of students they say trespassed on another high school’s property and brought a gun with them.

Mill Creek High School Principal Jason Lane sent a letter to parents stating the students entered the building during one of the lunch periods.

The students from the other high school were caught and taken to the front office for search and questioning.

Lane said the driver’s car was searched and school resource officers found an unloaded gun and paraphernalia under the seats.
