HENRY COUNTY, Ga. — The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has confirmed that they have been requested by Henry County police to conduct an officer-involved shooting investigating.

It is typical for GBI to be requested in any officer-involved shooting.
Henry County has confirmed that the area of Daniel Drive and Walter Way in Stockbridge, where the incident happened, are now secure.
It is not yet clear what led up to the shooting or the identity or condition of those involved.
