According to an incident report, the burglar appeared to enter the home by breaking a door by the kitchen. The suspect left before officers arrived and escaped through the metal fence of the property.

Officers said the suspect rummaged through Green’s side of the master closet, but his wife’s side was untouched. Police also noticed their children’s dressers were open and some cash was inside a drawer.

Drawers in the spare room and Green’s officer were also found open, according to the report. Roswell police said Green and his family were not home at the time of the burglary.

“Our investigators are working with the homeowners to determine what was taken,” police said.
