DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — DeKalb County police have located a missing teen.

Jobbar Bailey, 14, was reported missing over the weekend after last being seen near Ashley Creek Circle in Tucker. He left to go to a nearby park but did not return.
Bailey is autistic non-verbal with strangers.
