County-by-county: Roads closed due to flooding

Heavy rain is causing major issues across north Georgia. Many schools were delayed or closed, and many roads have been shut down because it’s too dangerous for drivers to cross.

Here is a list of all of the closures we’ve received so far.

Bartow County:

Cassville White Road has been closed due to flooding.

Cherokee County:

Ammons Rd near Hwy 108 is back open. Currently no roads are closed in Cherokee County. Roads are still soaked though, please use caution if traveling today.
