CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — Police say they have captured the shooter who killed a woman waiting outside a Clayton County Waffle House.
It happened at the restaurant at 8765 Tara Boulevard in Jonesboro.
According to authorities, the victim was waiting in her SUV for her order outside of the Waffle House when another woman, who police have identified as Jasmine Kirk, walked up to her and shot her several times around 4 a.m.

Police said they captured Kirk in the city of Atlanta and was taken to the Clayton County Jail.
The victim, who was not yet identified, died from gunshot wounds to the upper torso of her body.
