It all started when officers say they were called out to the area near Roy Huie Road and Stoneridge Court when people living in the area reported the 3-year-old boy walking the streets alone around 11:55 p.m. Wednesday night.
Officers say they tried driving the child around the neighborhood and even went door-to-door trying to find his home, but those efforts failed. They said he was not able to describe his home and couldn’t give them the name of a parent.
They said the boy kept repeating to them that he “left mommy’s house.”
