Clayton County police said a man has been arrested for murdering a 19-year-old woman at a Riverdale home.

Police said they responded to reports of a domestic dispute involving a death on Sunday around 9 p.m.

Officers learned that the suspect, 20-year-old Kathan Guzman, admitted to dispatch that he choked the victim, 19-year-old Delila Grayson, to death.

When officers got to the scene, they found Grayson dead in the bathtub. Detectives learned that the pair had gotten in a fight when Guzman choked Grayson.
Guzman was charged with malice murder and aggravated assault by strangulation.
