FBI doubles reward for kidnapping suspect in alleged law enforcement impersonation scheme
The Federal Bureau of Investigation has increased its reward to $20,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Julious George Khalid in connection with an alleged kidnapping scheme during which suspects allegedly impersonated law enforcement officers.
