Police searching for woman after $12k stolen from safe at Buckhead hotel

ATLANTA, Ga. — Atlanta Police are searching for a woman they say helped to steal $12,000 from a Buckhead hotel safe during an armed robbery.

Police said the woman and multiple men with guns and bats attacked the victim at the Kimpton Sylvan Hotel on East Paces Ferry Road on April 5. The suspects robbed the victim, taking $12,000 in cash, a Gucci bag and jewelry after forcing the victim to open his safe.

The victim has not been identified. His injuries were minor.
