Man shot during domestic dispute in downtown Atlanta, police investigating

ATLANTA — Atlanta police are investigating a shooting in downtown Atlanta.

The shooting happened at 348 James P Brawley Drive NW.

Police believe the shooting resulted from a domestic dispute between a man and a woman at the home.

Police say during the dispute, a man appearing to be related to the woman pulled a gun and shot the man who was involved in the dispute.

Officers recovered the gun from the scene and the suspected shooter was detained.

Their investigation continues.
