ATLANTA — Atlanta police said a man was driven to the hospital after a shooting in southwest Atlanta on Saturday.
Police responded to a call of a person shot at 2423 Martin Luther King SW Saturday afternoon.
But when officers arrived, the shooting victim had already left for the hospital in a private vehicle.
The victim is alert, conscious and breathing as police continue to investigate the circumstances behind the shooting.
The identity of the victim or any potential suspect has not been disclosed.
