ATLANTA — Police say they arrested a man accused of prowling around a midtown neighborhood and attempting to enter several homes.
Officers responded to multiple reports of a white male trying to get into homes near Doncaster Drive NE and Lady Marian Lane NW in the Sherwood Forest neighborhood.
Homeowners told police they saw the man attempting to enter their homes, and surveillance cameras captured him walking around several properties in the area.

Officers searched the neighborhood and eventually located the suspect on the back porch of a nearby home.
Police identified him as Joshua Waldroup.
He has been charged with first-degree burglary, criminal trespass, second-degree criminal damage to property, and loitering or prowling, and was taken to the Fulton County Jail.
