ATLANTA — An Atlanta organization has a lot more money to help families experiencing homelessness after a fundraiser was held Saturday evening.
A fundraiser for Our House was held Saturday at the Atlanta History Center in Buckhead.
It was their annual “Oh What A Night” gala.
During the event, CPC Advisors received the Jovita Moore Spirit of Community Award for helping Our House provide resources to help local families.
“For people to receive money for affordable healthcare, for children to receive quality early childhood education, and for moms with young children to have a place to stay,” Tyese Lawyer, President and CEO of Our House said.
“I tell people this, we invest for what we do, and this is the best investment we’ve ever done as a company,” Varun Marneni with CPC Advisors said.
Channel 2′s Karyn Greer served as the emcee of the event.
