Former RHOA star Nene Leakes reveals husband’s cancer has returned

ATLANTA — Former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Nene Leakes says her husband Gregg is now recovering from surgery after his cancer returned.

Leakes made the revelation during an Instagram Live interview with theJasmineBrand.com.

She said this latest round of cancer has been difficult to deal with.

“He’s super small,” she said. “If you’ve ever been around somebody who’s had cancer before, he’s different. He’s different.”

Gregg Leakes was initially diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer during the 11th season of “RHOA,” which premiered in November 2018.

Nene Leakes said she believed Gregg would be back home in about a week.
