ATLANTA — Parts of the Southeast are bracing for another winter storm that will move through Tuesday.
Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp declared a statewide State of Emergency ahead of the winter storm. Dozens of Georgia counties are under a winter weather advisory or a winter storm warning.

Here is a list of the school districts and colleges in the Channel 2 Action News viewing area that updated their schedules for Tuesday.
Note: This list will be updated as the districts announce their plans.
EARLY RELEASE
- Banks County Schools - Early release students at 1 p.m.
- Buford City Schools - BES, BA, and BSA will release at 11:30 a.m. BMS and BHS will release at 11:00 a.m.
- Clarke County Schools - Early release at all schools; elementary schools release at 12 p.m., and middle and high schools release at 1:30 p.m.
- Dawson County Schools - Dawson County Middle, Junior, and High School will dismiss at 11:30 AM, and all elementary schools will dismiss at noon
- Jackson County Schools - Release 2 hours early
- Lumpkin County Schools - Early release students and staff at 11:30 AM today
- Madison County Schools - Elementary schools and Madison County Middle School releasing at 12:30 p.m.; Madison County High School dismissing at 12:45 p.m.
- Morgan County Charter Schools - Release 2 hours early
- Oglethorpe County Schools - Release 2 hours early
- Putnam County Charter School System - Release 2 hours early
- Walton County Schools - Early release at all schools; Elementary schools release at 1:45 p.m., middle schools release at 12:25 p.m., and high schools release at 12:40 p.m.
- White County Schools - Elementary schools release at 12 p.m., middle schools and high schools release at 12:40 p.m.
- University of Georgia - Early release at 2 p.m.
