Channel 2’s Jovita Moore is home and thanks all of you for your support

ATLANTA — We have some good news to pass along about Channel 2′s Jovita Moore. She is now back home and is so thankful for all of the messages of love and support from Channel 2 Action News viewers.

As you may recall, Jovita underwent brain surgery after two masses were found earlier this month.

Jovita sent the following message that she wanted to pass along to everyone:

“Thanks so much for every single positive word, well wish and prayer sent my way! I expect a long but successful road to recovery over the next few weeks. I’m thankful for my surgeon, Dr. Nduom and his team who are absolutely amazing!

“I’m also grateful for my friends and family who have not left my side. I appreciate the beautiful messages. flowers and cards. Please continue sending positive energy and prayers my way.. I love hearing from you!”
