ATLANTA -- Atlanta police said they have arrested the shooter who killed two people at a concert in Underground Atlanta.

Jonathan Bautista was charged with two counts of murder after he was arrested Wednesday in Social Circle.

The victims were identified by family members as Ewell Ynoa, 21, and Giovanni Diaz, 22.

Ewell Ynoa (right with his brother) and Giovanni Diaz (not pictured) were killed at a concert Sunday night.

Two other people were injured in the shooting.

Police said Ynoa and Diaz jumped on stage after the second act finished its performance around 9:30 p.m. Family members said Ynoa was the hype man for the main act, Cousin Stizz.

Bautista, was not happy about that and they started arguing, police said. He pulled out a pistol and shot the two victims and shot toward the ground, most likely hitting the additional victims, police said.
