5-year-old, mother significantly injured in head-on crash with ambulance

ATLANTA — A mother and her 5-year-old have significant injuries after they were involved in a wreck with an ambulance Tuesday afternoon, Atlanta police said.

Witnesses told investigators that the car with the mother and child collided with the ambulance head on at 3733 Hogan Rd SW.

The people inside the ambulance had minor injuries, police said.
