1 dead, 1 injured in shooting outside club on Peachtree Street

ATLANTA — Police say one man was shot and killed and another was injured after a fight broke out at club on Peachtree Street.

Police said the incident happened early Sunday morning at Artisans Bar & Grill. Police found a 20-year-old man with a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital and is stable.

A second victim, a 22-year-old man, took himself to the hospital, where he died of his injuries.

The investigation revealed that the shooting began as a fight inside the club.

Homicide investigators are still working to determine what happened.

The victims’ names have not been released. It’s unclear if police are searching for suspects.
