ATLANTA — Rapper Nelly, who is an Atlanta resident, has been added to the lineup of performers at President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration events.
The 50-year-old rapper is scheduled to perform at the Liberty Inaugural Ball on Monday night. Country singer Jason Aldean and disco band The Village People are also set to perform.
There are three official inauguration balls. The Liberty Inaugural Ball is geared toward supporters of the president-elect.

The Commander in Chief Ball focuses on military service members and the Starlight Ball focuses on high-dollar donors.
Trump is expected to deliver remarks at all three balls.
