ATLANTA, Ga. — All lanes of Interstate 75 northbound in northwest Atlanta are moving again after a large emergency response shut down lanes for hours.
The investigation started late Tuesday night and shut down lanes between Howell Mill Road and Moores Mill Road.
Triple Team Traffic’s Mike Shields is monitoring the investigation and working to learn when lanes will reopen, on Channel 2 Action News This Morning starting at 4:30 a.m.

A Channel 2 Action News photographer captured images of cars stopped on the interstate as Atlanta police, Georgia Department of Transportation officials, fire crews, ambulances and tow trucks responded to the scene.
The reason for the shutdown has not yet been released.
