Someone shot a bald eagle in Georgia; now there’s a reward to find the shooter

IRWIN COUNTY, Ga. — The Georgia Department of Natural Resources and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service are offering a reward for any information leading to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for shooting an adult bald eagle in Irwin County.

Sadly, the bird had to be euthanized due to the injuries it sustained to its body cavity and wings.
