While you may be stuck at home due to the coronavirus, it’s important to take breaks when you can and still stay active. Here’s a round-up of a few FREE workouts that you can easily stream right from your home. Keep those endorphins coming!
ATL Museums at Home - Take a virtual ‘Field Trip Friday’ and eperience some of Atlanta’s best museums.
Dr. Karl Smith (Director of Residential Well Living at Cortland, aka “Dr. Fitness”) is streaming live fitness classes and guided meditation sessions. The workout classes can be accessed here every Tuesdays and Thursday at 2 p.m. ET.

The studio has begun streaming FREE yoga classes via their Facebook page.
Megan Roup is offering a FREE 2-week trial of The Sculpt Society workout app. Enjoy all kinds of sculpt and dancing classes with a variety of class times. Even if you only have 10 or 15 minutes for a quick workout, she has lots of options.
To counteract the recent gym and fitness studio closures, Cortland’s Director of Residential Well Living Dr. Karl Smith, aka “Dr. Fitness," has launched a virtual wellness program, including live fitness classes and guided meditation sessions on IGTV. Of note, this offering is available to everyone. Workout classes are live on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2 p.m. He hosts a meditation class on Wednesdays at 2 p.m.
These classes are actually being hosted on Avalon’s Instagram Live and are being led by a variety of top Atlanta instructors.
