2020 Imagine Music Festival canceled

CHATTAHOOCHEE HILLS, Ga. — Another one of Atlanta’s most popular events has been canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Imagine Music Festival announced on Wednesday that its 2020 event, slated for Sept. 18-20 at the Bouckaert Farm in Chattahoochee Hills, has been called off.

“Just two weeks ago as the country began to re-open, and numbers started to look more encouraging, we had our artwork approved and ready for a spectacular lineup announcement,” read the release from the event’s organizers. “We remained hopeful we could all come together again in the fall with the safety precautions set forth by the health professionals. Unfortunately, things have made a turn for the worse, and the number of cases continue to rise dramatically. This new rise in cases, and new projections from health professionals, make it extremely difficult to provide a safe environment with the unforgettable beautiful experiences we want you all to enjoy.”

Tickets for the 2020 event will be honored for the 2021 Imagine Music Festival. The festival is scheduled for Sept. 17-19, 2021. Guests who prefer a refund have until July 19 to submit that request.

Imagine Music Festival is an electronic dance music and art festival held annually in Atlanta. The festival features multiple stages hosting the world’s top electronic musicians, DJ’s and bands along with cirque-style acts & performances.
